You can also visit Thai Smile that offers excellent meals. Decent place for city trip in Torquay. It is next to the airport.

The location and closeness to where I was working. The convenience.
There appeared to be some things that needed maintenance. For example, lights not working in passage ways, intermitent remote control for the tv needing new batteries, passage doors not opening or closing properly. I know I sound like a windger, but at the time after a hard day at work these things irritated me.

We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The managers were really accessible but not under your feet. I would recommend this hotel to families for a longer term stay at the beach. It was close to heaps of eating places and shops as well. This was our second stay at Delphinos and we will certainly be back again.

Able to just relax. All the cafes and restaraunts are within walking distance and closeness to the beach. Having a pool that is heated and that is reasonably deep is great.

The husband and wife managerial team were excellent, nothing was too much for them to organise or to give us advice about.

The managers were so nice and accomadating. They booked our tour of Fraser Island and made a booking for Santinis restaurant. ( which I recommend). While the rooms aren't fancy, they were clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for.

The beach over the road and restaurants within walking distanceThe friendlyness of the managers
noise from fridges 24 hours per day from the adjacent hotel therefore the windows had te be closed and since there is no airconditioning in that particular double bedroom and also the fact that the room was smelly, all that made it uncorfortable during the night

The owners were on site and very involved with the operation of the hotel. He personally helped us set up golf and whale watching trips. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was happy to provide guidance and suggestions. Rooms are older but clean, well equipped and very spacious. Underground parking is included. It is located right across from the beach.

I liked the location/proximity to beach and shops etc. The peace and quietness of accomodation and the management (friendly)
